From my initial enquiry over two years ago to now the service I have received from Apex has been outstanding, Michelle was brilliant in helping me get set up and throughout my experience, always on the end of the phone if needed and ever helpful. The rental was great for me being a start up, it offered me flexibility and a price which was the best I could find online. Thanks Apex.

I am not one too normally write reviews, how ever my phone asked me to review some other place so I did so it got me reading what other people had written. I have been a regular to the apex car rental,weybridge. I'm on first name terms with the majority of staff there. They have always made me feel welcome, happy to help answer any questions and been very informative. Their customer service has always been excellent. The staff hear would make any employer happy and proud.

I was put through a 4-hour process of form-filling and information gathering before they could answer whether the class of sedan which I was looking to lease was available. Sam Swingler also provided a list of 6 insurers that customers had to choose from, almost none of which covered rental cars. Some of these insurer let in that they are used to getting many phone calls from similarly bedeviled customers. At least the insurers weren't snarky. Michelle and Sam were extremely condescending cutting into my sentences and always looking to hang up despite us trying to rationally provide what they needed. No sense of customer service whatsoever. After receiving all of my credit card, driver's license, banking statements, personal addresses over the last 4 years, they have decided not to go forward. I will be lodging an official consumer rights as well as GDPR complaint.

Good price for rental, good service and as long as you look after the car no problem getting the deposit back, will definitely use again.
