When I purchased my 4 bedroom house the transfer plan that Dickins Shiebert prepared did not include the garage within the red edging. However it was included within my neighbours property, consequently my neighbour owned my garage.

On the transfer plan that Dickins Shiebert prepared for my 3 beds semidetached house purchase the area outside my front door appears as " shared access and parking" but they failed to inform me that the same area was included within my neighbours property, consequently my neighbours own the space outside of my front door and I have to ask permission to park there and who knows in couple years probably to ask permission to get in my own house.
