TL;DR: Stop searching for firms, you can't do better than Bishopsgate Law. Kunjal and Kaya are amazing at what they do and made our first house purchase stress free! Several months ago myself and my partner were on the hunt for a reliable, trustworthy firm for our first property purchase (with Help to Buy as well). Bishopsgate Law have been outstanding throughout the process. We communicated predominantly with Kunjal and Kaya once we had been onboarded who were always available to explain anything and constantly digging into the details of the property to double check everything was as it should be. We completed yesterday on our purchase, a day later than expected due to a mistake Land Registry had made. I truly believe that had Kunjal and Kaya not been assigned to our case or had we opted for a different firm, we would not have completed yesterday, and would still be waiting on completion well in to next week. They worked tirelessly for two days straight to get the issue resolved and for that we are truly thankful. If you've got to this point of the review, you can stop reading other reviews or comparing solicitors. I cannot recommend Bishopsgate Law highly enough, especially considering the complicated issue we had, they still managed to push through and get us in to our new home, I definitely will be using them for all my future conveyancing needs. Couldn't rate this firm highly enough. I worked predominantly with Kaya and Kunjal on a recent purchase, and they were professional, helpful and very responsive. They explained the process clearly and were always available either by email or phone to discuss matters further if required. I used Bishopsgate Law on Conveyancing for my first purchase. The process was smooth and Jayne and Donna were lovely and took time to answer my questions and explain the process to me.
