Three visits within 5 days first visit all the tubes didn’t radiate heat and light up ,second visit perfect third visit half the session the tubes didn’t radiate heat but did last 2/3 minutes they did.
When raised with the manager she said she needed to Speak to the area manager!!
No apology all she kept saying nobody else has complained , staff who were in on Thursday and Friday were fantastic very friendly and professional ,the manageress is an embarrassment .
If anyone is whitening their teeth with the syringes from the dentist, don’t waste your money! I had one go on the megawhite teeth whitening and my teeth look much whiter than they ever did with the £200 I spent at the dentist. Honestly 15 minutes compared to overninght with a gum shield! Why would you want to do that. My teeth have never looked whiter.

Great wee salon girls are always helpful. It's the best 10 mins break I get. Also love the spraytan machine for last min colour.
