Good prices, sufficient size and variety for daily use items
Well stocked and I am able to get most items that I need.
Cues are always massive though at the tills.
Large store with plenty of stock. Very good selection of beers.
Love this shop but it's a nightmare when I go in. Never enough staff on the tills at peak times. Staff always on the speaker asking for extra help. Poor cashier's having to apologise, needs better organisation.
Pretty much the same as most big HB stores. My only gripe, but that pretty much applies to most big HB stores with freezer sections, They don't stock nearly as much vegan and vegetarian options as they could. HB could well improve revenue by gearing a larger area in the food section to the aforementioned vegan & Vegetarian customer, Honestly, if any HB staff see this, push it forward to your bosses, they really cannot fail by looking at the increasing V customers and the spending power they have. Most V customers would lap up more and more V options.
