Took my 7 puppies here for their first jabs & chips. Both vet & assistant were lovely (Sorry I can't remember names) and puppies were unfazed by it all. Also, Thankyou for making my first experience doing this a pleasant one. Would definitely recommend this place.

Well folks it is what it says on the tin, a vets. The waiting room is spacious with plenty of seating for you and your pets and in fairness very clean each time I've been. There's wheelchair access and even a loo if you get caught short. On most of my visits it's been quite busy, especially during open surgery and to be honest the staff really do take it all in their stride, are calm and clear and act in a professional way for the most part anyway. One or two of the desk staff can be quite curt but then these are difficult times, and a busy waiting room full of animals isn't an easy environment to wait in let alone work in. Brian the owner though is always a Gentleman, a true diamond. Each time I've been with my own and family members pets he has always listened, never butts in or talks over you and tries to explain things as simply and clearly without making you feel like a complete numpty as some do. I hope that the younger generation of vets being trained there take note and follow on in the way that he does. The prices for treatments aren't extortionate either, I have refered so many people to this place I've run out of fingers and toes to count them on. At the moment they have a strict policy around COVID which is clearly marked on the door and due to people having to wait outside, if the weather is really bad they tell you to retreat to your car when you "check in" if you give your mobile number they'll drop you a line to call you in. Honestly if you love your pets I genuinely cannot recommend a more professional and affordable practice to take care of your loved ones. They really do go out of their way to look after each animal that comes through the door.
