Disgusting service. Due to reasons I am expemt from wearing a face mask. And member of staff was exremly rude saying "exempt my arse" plus other things even after i explained my reasons. Last time I get petrol from there.
Couldn't really put less than 1* my wife went into the store to pay for fuel she had her lanyard on saying she was exempt from using a face mask and is not meant to be challenged but she was challenged by a rude member of staff she suffers from anxiety and depression really bad and she got back into the car and cryed believe me the customer service was horrendous whoever was working around 2 o'clock yesterday afternoon 25th September 2020 should be ashamed of themselves and should be sacked....!!!
