Very shabby, extremely cold, ceilings down everywhere. Staff having to wear outdoor jackets and scarves. Staff not sufficiently trained... took over 20 minutes to process a refund. Really gone downhill, presumably its closing down if its owners are in receivership.

Didn't realize it had closed down wasted time going last week. Then reported it being closed to Google and it's still advertised as being open??????
