Hard-drive on my laptop was completely gone and I was in a jam. Needed it sorted quickly due to work. PC Medic took it in, that day, almost right away, diagnosed the problem, fitted a new 1TB hard-drive within hours. Handed it over just before lunch-time & by half 2 in the afternoon I was good to go collect. Very reasonably priced, great communications each step of the way as to the issues/what was needing done etc. Wouldn't accept payment either until I was back home and happy with the fix, so that way you've total peace of mind. Can't recommend highly enough. Support this man and his local business, if you can.

I cant recommend john enough ....my desktop pc actually blew up with such a bang i thought it was a bin job, but john had it up and running again in less than two hours with no loss of data at all . From drop off to pick up was only 3 hours which is a pretty amazing service .i was absolutely delighted with the parts and labour charge infact i had to ask twice it was was that cheap ....john offers a free diagnosis which nowadays cant be beaten anywhere ....im still smiling and would highly recommend you to go here first .....thanks again john it was a pleasure dealing with you.

My grandson's PC was broken. I took it to pc world to get an estimate. I had to pay £60 and was told it would be sent away and would take about four weeks. I was then asked if it was a custom build and was told that they didn't repair them. I contacted John asked what he charged to check the machine for the fault. He said he didn't believe in charging for fault finding. He did an excellent job and I got the pc fully working back four days later.

laptop broke down and was unresponsive - I highly recommend PC medic, fixed the issue within a few hours - great communication and great prices - highly recommended
