Wilkie and Rider has been my opticians for 26 years and I absolutely wouldn't dream of switching. Every member of staff is friendly and helpful, most even know me by name. Friendly,knowledgeable and helpful staff. No rush,thorough,complete eye test. Fast efficient service. Was recently looking for a peice of jewellery staff so helpful and accommodating.
Visited this store for a mother's day necklace a few weeks ago after being told to avoid the Alexandria store I have never been to store where people actually make it hard for you to buy something got help from someone called Gill or something I think who was moaning about having to take the display model from the window when all staff's backs were turned I just walked out I was pretty drained by the whole experience
