Always cheerful and accommodating. My favourite rental place!
I have rented the car over the phone for 10am. I have called the Dover agency in the morning to find out the car registration, which I needed for booking the ferry. They were not able to provide it, as they were still looking for the car. Arrived there 9:45 to get the paper work done, so could leave at 10. We didn't get the car till 10:45, because it was delivered late and then they had to clean it (not sure what we were waiting for as the car inside was not properly cleaned anyway). Member of the staff was really unhelpful and rude, couldn't answer the questions regarding the car and didn't even try to find the answers to help us. Do not recommend!
Really bad customer service. I booked a car several times but at the day they call me they don't have a car available. Never ever go back to them and i am not recomend them at all.if you have no car available how come you advertise they are available?
Simply dreadful - avoid at all costs
My car was not ready, ,I was told I would have to wait for at least two hours (Possibly a lot longer) Plus, they couldn.t be bothered to phone me before I made the trip to the company, I was palmed off with very lame excuses - and they still havn't refunded my money !!!!
an absolute joke was left stranded after receiving puncture had to make my own way home was left with no vehicle for 48 hours and got 101.00 pound bill a farce.
