Disappointed as I booked a small van but on arrival was told none available so they gave me a medium size Vivaro. Nice vehicle but not what I booked or wanted

Easy to deal with; expedited handover process
The team could not have been friendlier or more helpful. We had to book a car last minute due to our car being in for an emergency repair. We then had to extend last minute again and the team were fantastic, really knowledgable and helpful.
The cars we had were a Focus and an Insignia, both were great and in really good condition.
