Shouldn’t take 10-15 working days to respond to an email about a school place- an absolute joke!!!!! Can’t get through to anyone- the place is a shambles.

They are not helping at all.I wanted a school place for my son and they were asking about the happiness of my partner who is actually the mother of my son. They don't care about children just transferring everywhere without result!!

Extremely very incompetent lots!! I feel for children under their care!! Ofsted should check them out because children are not cared for by these incompetent lots!!
