Lovely place, Brilliant for lizards and reptiles aswell as other wildlife! Facilities are good and it generally has a friendly atmosphere
This is a hidden treasure if you like nature. Sensitively run and an adventure for the minds of young children. If your child needs a walk with secrets to find this is for you. The museum is great and a book shop to die for if you love books and reasonably priced. We loved it.
Amazingly beautiful nature reserve, with really friendly staff and a brilliant information centre. There is also a book shop, a cafe and loads of exhibitions. They have lots of open days with interesting things to see, such as visiting birds of prey on special days, pond dipping, nature trails. There's a really awesome astronomy group too, and two observatories! :D highly recommended:D
Knowledge friendly staff, inspirational experiences for children. Fabulously well run centre and reserve. Sheltered in an ex quarry, this little gem will bring you closer to nature.
Love this place so many points of interest. Alex was there with his birds and that was really interesting. Try the dinosaur trail, simple but my five year old loved it!!
