Glynis Paxton (11/21/2019)
Part of West Dean Gardens this is on a slope of the South Downs above the formal gardens. It’s a 10-15 mins walk up a wide stony track. It’s well worth the effort to get there especially in spring and early summer. The paths are lined with naturalised bulbs and there are many lovely trees and flowering shrubs. Higher up are wonderful views across the valley.
