Good friendly service. Short on stock due to covid and manufacturing but managed to order some in for home delivery.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I take my daughter here to be fitted for school shoes and they're always great fun. I much prefer this smaller store to the chaotic Bluewater store!

I have been Clarks customer for many years and absolutely loved the store. However, my recent experience has been very disappointing. It was very frustrating to find out that a pair of boots that I bought and owned for couple of weeks are faulty. Even though a member of staff admitted the fault, I was refused to get a refund at Gravesend store. I had no other choice, but to complain to Clarks customer service. This has caused a lot of inconvenience. One of the worst customer experience.

Always a great service here so I never go to my local store as you don't have to wait long at all to get your child's school shoes. The staff are very helpful and friendly
