Amazing staff. Really helpful. They arranged for my son's shoes to be delivered to my house for free. They made sure my son, who is autistic, got the shoes he wanted. Thank you for making me and my son happy xx
We spent around half an hour in Clark’s today, and we were served by a really helpful woman, we didn’t get her name, however she was blonde, quite young and wearing a pink outfit. She was really really helpful and couldn’t do enough for us, and we were able to purchase 2 pairs of work shoes. Thanks for being so helpful!
Very organised throughout this challenging time. You are allocated a member of staff from start to finish. There is always a que outside but once your in there your not all crammed.
Definitely not the cheapest shop / shoes when it comes to kids but great service, good measurements and quality. Good safety measurements around covid in place as well. For me it's worth payment a bit more for shoes that actually fit my kid
Had to book an appointment to get babies feet measured which is understandable with covid. Turned up originally at half 11 and asked to come back at 12. In store, very polite and babies feet measured absolutely fine.
