yesterday i received one of the best customer service experiences at the Schuh store in Bluewater. Jemima and her manager (Jen) was so hopeful. I wish all stores was as helpful as this.

Got a great pair of boots in the sale, amazing price and great service. This is a huge improvement as on a visit some time ago, the lad that served me could not find the other shoe to the display one, but asked if I still wanted the one shoe!🤭

Wanted new tactical boots, great assistant, not pushy in the slightest, who was only there for 2 weeks training. I think here name was Katheryn, Really helpful, store nice & clean. Would defo buy from there again.

This is definitely becoming the family go to place for shoes. The staff are lovely and so helpful. I think it's the Manager, but she is always so on it and remembers you. That's always good but impressive in a place like Bluewater Highly recommend
