Big baners of sale , but only one rail with sale items, all mixed . Staff busy chatting rather than helping. Register get 10 pound off offer not mentioned, zero effort .

By FAR my FAVOURITE clothing shop in the world. The staff are super kind and accepting; they will gladly help you with whatever is needed. Normally the whole of the back section (behind the till area) is on sale which is great but everything normally has a great price for the materials and looks of the clothing. I visit this shop everytime I get to Bluewater and recommend it as there is something in there for everyone. Also they are very supportive in Pride Month which is great.

Love the clothes but let down by poor customer service. I went to exchange a shirt with smaller size one, the staff behind the counter looked pretty annoyed and asked me rudely if i was sure about the size as if this will be last exchange. This is not good. Most member of staffs are young and no clue about running the shop.
