Lots of items missing the size we needed
Great store. Collect system in place is good. You put details in on a screen and someone brings order out. Only complaint is the store has done nothing to make keeping 2m apart easier whilst shopping in the store. They have for the tills a
But not the actual store. I feel they could do will displaying a little less on the floors to make moving around store and avoiding being close to others easier.
Shopping on a Tuesday after midday there was plenty of space to try clothes on and keep a safe distance. The shop seemed calm and clean.
Staff we restocking the shoe department but this didn't interfere with trying shoes on.
The menswear was well stocked and had an array of new-looking items. They were lacking some stock of the smaller sizes for socks however.
The home section seemed plentiful. Queuing at tills didn't take long.
There is a one-way system in Next, which after you enter the store appears to fall into disarray. On busy days it may be worth considering that lack of direction.
The staff member that helped me was great . Very helpful. It was busy as usual.
He was the only male on the till. I went in the morning 9/12/20. And I think he deserves to be acknowledged for that
Was nice to experience shopping again..bought a bikini... once home discovered security tag left on... so now have to return to shop to get removed.. not best pleased....
