Fantastic customer service. After I bought a jacket from Hobbs online in the sale that was the wrong size, I phoned this store to ask about stock and the woman I spoke to was incredibly helpful - she told me they had one jacket in my size due to be returned and she took my details and called me back as soon as they received the jacket and sold it to me at the original sale price. She also didn’t charge any postage, since I was returning the original jacket. It was delivered 1 day later. Really fantastic!
