They have an artist I like, the staff are always helpful. The viewing areas are well lit to make viewings easy.
Some beautiful pictures definitely worth a visit. A certain picture caught my eye which I may purchase but some stunning work in this shop. The lady assistant was very friendly and helpful.
Long term client with so so service over the years but the final nail was the very false and pretentious young male who only seemed interested in badmouthing nearby galleries and inevitably my taste in my collection. Train your staff to show a little more professionalism.
I continue to receive outstanding customer service from Castle gallery in Chester. They are helpful :from advice on insurance to reframing etc, and supportive with all my questions. A thoroughly genuine and professional team.
