The new store manager , a chubby Indian man in his fifties, is rude and arrogant. Useless too. He talks a lot, but obviously has very little knowledge about the products sold in his store. Who gave him this job?

Pretty nice store compared to the others. I’ve been able to find most the products I’m looking for. I think the current female pharmacist at this location is excellent and provides great service.

I have used this branch of Boots to handle my regular prescription for the past 5 year and have always found them to be excellent. Nothing is too much trouble, they are always willing to do "that bit more" and always care about the service they are giving! It is a relatively small branch, with a small pharmacy but never seem to get caught without the items you need. I can't recommend this branch enough Take care if using a car, parking is very limited (and expensive) in the area generally.

All 5 stars dedicated to wonderful staff member Tony, who took time and care to suggest the meal deal (when I spent almost as much towards a drink & yogurt alone). Also spoke of the Boots app (safer compared to the physical card). Tony, thank you very much! You made my day! (2pm 18/11/19)
