Amazing place with friendly staff and management. Clean and tidy. Residents are treated on basis of personal interests and preferences. Nursing team ia keen to study the life and past of any patient who is admitted and generates person-oriented care plans which makes wonderful impact on delivering care. Care staff are multi-cultural & specially trained. Everyone of them are trained with “person first- Dementia second” concept so that they do follow care plans to deliver amazing quality of ambience and care as well as keen to build a rapport with family members of patients. There are OPEN DAYS conducted for local community to experience the place. Care Quality Commission rating for last inspection is GOOD in all criteria.
