Betty is a13 year old terrier, incredibly anxious in any vet surgery throughout her life. Needed claws trimming , has long quick under claws so trickier job than normal claws. Does not even let me touch her paws/ claws at home. Booked an appointment , explained Betty's anxiety. I thought a sedative would be required, however the job was completed in 10 mins due to professionalism of the vet and nurse at Dumbarton practice. Well done team ! Betty's mobility has improved, I cannot thank you all enough.

If you live in the area and have a pet, the only practice I would recommend is the dumbarton vets 4 pets practice. From the moment you call to your appointment, you and your pet are treated with understanding, empathy and the highest quality care you can imagine.
This was my first visit to Vets4Pets with my dog Hamish who had a painful dental abscess and required extractions. I found the premises to be spotlessly clean and very welcoming. All Covid 19 guidelines are strictly adhered to ensuring staff and customers feel safe. The staff and vets were extremely helpful, well informed and professional. Overall I was extremely satisfied with the experience.
Reception team was very friendly and professional and the vet was very nice and handled my problem professionally very happy with my visit thank you
Stuart is very knowledgeable and efficient. I feel he is always aware of my dogs' history and never misses a thing. He explains diagnoses well and allows me to understand all treatment options. Great persona and handling of the dogs. Always enthusiastic.
