This Chemist is atrocious! They now say 7 days for a repeat prescription....but it's usually 9 days. Went to pick up my Mother's Prescription on Friday Sept 25th. Got it home & 1 item was missing. Have arranged to change to a different Chemist. If I could give NO stars.....I would.
Visited here on numerous occasions and have also rang them, on each and every occasion they have been fantastic, friendly and enthusiastic.
Like I tell the kids “car parks of full of idiots” and that goes for some of their customers.

Visited store on Saturday 11th April 2020, staff were amazing, very busy, with very rude and abusive customers,. However the assistant kept her cool with a courteous smile, very professional and knowledgable. Well done Rowlands! Thank you for being on the frontline of the NHS.
Whilst I appreciate that it an important job , customers should always be acknowledged. Every time you go in you are completely ignored and always have to shout over for some help . Which I hate doing by the way . And when challenged they always close ranks and become defensive. Would give zero if possible
Just been in the pharmacy to collect a prescription, stood there for over 10 minutes to be completely ignored by every member of staff, not one person acknowledged I was in the shop even tho the bell of the door sounded when I went in!!
