Just brought my " scared 15 year old Sanctuary cat to Ruffords for his " late " annual vaccination.💗 Vet came out to car ,asked him to take extra care as Boris had escaped from carrier a year ago on way to cattery.He did. 💗 Boris came back , safely in Carrier ,paid via card ,still exemplary service during covid💗 . Thank you so much Mike and Staff. 🐱🐱💗
Mr Frazer and the staff were so loverly after sadly having to have my corn snake put to sleep but also the care they took of my African grey Alfie was second to non. I am so greatful to have such a caring vet and staff definitely worth the nearly hrs drive. Thank you all so much and stay safe x
Whilst away on holiday my elderly dog was taken really poorly. I rang two pra tices who wouldn't see her but rufford did when they were so busy. Their care of both bonnie and us was second to none. Professional and caring. I cant thank them enough.
i cannot thank the staff enough for what they did for my Bella, no question i asked was stupid, they settled all my concerns and worries, and Bella is doing great , very very happy with my fur baby tyvm
The volume of "traffic"which passes through this vet's surgery can be a little overfacing but the attention and care shown by the staff is excellent at all times.
Our two King Charles spaniels were suffering from conjunctivitis and the dedication shown by the nursing staff in administering eyedrops twice daily was remarkable.
