Would never use again!!!!! The salesman (older guy, grey hair, in his 50s) was nothing but rude and spiteful with no customer service and no intention to help in any way. Made me feel so uncomfortable the day before driving a long way in the car on my own. Definitely would not recommend to anyone.
On Christmas Eve, Anna was friendly and patient at pick-up. I got an upgrade and the service was great. Dave was courteous and helpful when I returned the car and offered to call a taxi for me. Great service.
Very good, but extra £8a,day insurance on top for windscreen and flat tyre service nearly £200 when I thought just over 100! Watch out for extra money on hire price given its optional but you think peace of mind.
Wouldn't even give one star as we didn't even get the car. The sales man (an older man, in his mid 50s with grey hair and a shocking attitude) had no concept of customer service. He was spiteful, rude and had no interest in providing assistance.
Will never return, went around the corner to enterprise and had a much better experience.
Booked my rental through a 3rd party site and got for nearly half price. Watch out for the extra insurance charges, do you really need them! As I'd got a substantial discount in my price the service was a little less personal, here's your key it's a grey peugeot over there 😂. But car had less than 4k miles on the clock and was clean.
