Absolutely shocking customer service, had security called on me because I wanted my refund I payed in cash..to be told half hour later I have to wait 10 days for a cheque. ... Why would argos take payment off me knowing you haven't got the product,,, and why didn't he tell me they never had the product... Why was I told I had to wait for a cheque then when I kicked off you gave me it in cash... Very confusing trying to rip hard working people off in times like these.. £350 is alot of money .... Went here to collect an order I had paid for online and was refused service as I wouldn't remove my mask (due to safety reasons during the covid 19 pandemic) as I didnt feel safe to do so. When I returned home, empty handed I found an email saying I had collected my parcel! The one they refused to give me. When I called Argos they said they would not issue a refund as there was no proof I hadn't collected the item and their staff "wouldn't make a mistake". Still trying to get this resolved.
