Awful experience. I ordered my car in October and was given a 12 week order wait, which wasn’t a problem. It then got closer to the delivery date and I’d had minimal contact, only if prompted by myself. It then came to their attention that their had been a mistake and there was 10 week delay. I agreed to wait as it was coming to Christmas and probably wasn’t ideal financially to be getting my new car. So the 10 weeks were up and again I had barely been contacted, until I was informed of another 10 week delay due to the dealer experiencing issues. I offered an alternative of being provided a car in the mean time. They could only offer me this at a charge to myself. That was then the last straw and after about 5 months of waiting I cancelled my order. Real waste of time and poor communication throughout. Would advise to stay away.
Faultless service. The vehicle exactly as promised and within the expected time frame. Excellent customer service and a very friendly team. Absolute pleasure to deal with start to finish, will definitely use for any future leasing and would highly recommend.
