Rented a transit long wheelbase van from the Brownhills office at the weekend to transfer some furniture from Lichfield to Wales. Van was lovely, fantastic spec and very easy and smooth to drive. We put £60 worth of diesel in and only ended up using about £30 worth as the van was very economical for its size.
Customer service was exceptional.
Will definitely hire from them again.

What a fantastic place for car hire. We was on our way to Blackpool on the 25/08/2019 to spend time with family when our car broke down on the motorway and we had to be towed back home. Never thought we would get to Blackpool as it was a Sunday but a friend of ours gave us golds number and my husband rang and they had a hire car so we got to the hire car place in bills and the lady behind the desk Dee couldn't have been more helpful we did the paperwork and got a lovely hire car and continued our trip to Blackpool would highly recommend this hire company so thank you Golds you made my little girl very happy so she could go to the seaside
Used this company for moving house and it was easy to book , pay and collect the vehicle . Will definitely be using them again
