I Put My Eternity ring in I lost a stone they replaced it for me. The Service I Had Was Very Good very friendly staff in Buckley and the mold shop would recommend there for jewellery and repairs I have bought a few thing from there and have been very happy with the quality of the jewelry... 😁
What a fabulous jewellers. Positioned in the middle of Buckley precinct, the staff in Sheila Williams were amazing from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble for them, a chain was even brought up from the Mold branch within minutes of checking what the customer was hoping to find. The chain was of the finest quality, and the customer couldn’t have been more pleased. My huge thanks to all the ladies who were working in the shop on 28 March 2018. Sheila Williams Jewellers go above and beyond, to find what you need, and the staff are so nice it’s a pleasure to visit. All the best to them all and thanks again.
Lovely lady. Helpful staff
A small vile rude woman, served me on Saturday afternoon 09/09/17 . Very short with blonde hair. She was arrogant and rude. I've never had such bad customer service. I always work in retail so I know how you should treat your customers and the service you give them. It's was absolutely distuting and I will be taking my complaint further.
