Very pleased with response today, only contacted them yesterday. Very helpful advice. Never had a problem with Capper and Jones over quite a few years, will continue to use their services.

Please do not use these solicitors. I was looking to purchase my 4th Property (1st with Capper & Jones) so have an understanding of the transaction. I would ring/email daily and it would always take 2 or 3 days for them to response. Every time I'd ring the office, my solicitor would either be driving away/to the office, or out the office and unavailable. She would 'ring me back' I was often told. If you want a solicitors that answer your calls and emails then look elsewhere. I never ever review but I thought this was necessary.

I wanted to use a local firm as a conveyance for a remortage instead of a solicitor given to me by our bank. I looked at reviews they were excellent i spoke to one of the partners and decided to use this firm. Excellent took 2 weeks from start to finish
