Alan was brilliant. Very professional and polite, he came not long after chatting on the phone and was very honest with all aspects of the job. I used him after reading the Google reviews and would definitely recommend.
Called Alan in the afternoon because our UPVC back door wouldn't lock and he arrived within an hour knew what the problem was straight away and while I was busy working (from home) he got on with repairing it/fitting new parts with no problems. Excellent service and would recommend him without a doubt.
Rang Alan on a Bank holiday evening and he rescheduled his workload to attend early next day.
Advised he would arrive at 10 o’clock and he came exactly on time.
Alan was pleasant and polite, and dealt with the issue perfectly.
