I have just spoken to Bennett-Williams vets on the phone for the first time to register my pets with the surgery.
I spoke with Nicky on the phone who is quite possibly one of the friendliest, cheerful and helpful reception staff I have ever dealt with. Considering this is her first day with the surgery, she was helpful and informative and when I had a question she was unable to answer, she referred to her colleagues and is calling me back to update me shortly.
Staff like this are what keep a business running smoothly and certainly help to give confidence to new clients.

We took our chicken in with bumble foot and infection. Very knowledgeable lady vet, Emily, she came out to the carpark (covid safety) and explained ongoing treatment for her and our other chickens. Answered all out questions and fitted us in the very next day as a first time user of the surgery. Lovely staff. Prompt and professional service on the phone and in person. Thankyou
Today one of the children I childmind braught a teddy jess in like aunty Julie's real jess so both could have pin. The friendliness and same fun humour of taking teddy jess in too without even asking them was so lovely and little mans face was priceless. Thank you for taking good care of real jess the cat and dyn Bach teddy jess.
