Disgusting shabby treatment. I'm 86 and a primary carer for my wife. I've just had an email telling me my flu jab booked for September 30th has been cancelled.No reason given. Is this how the elderly and vulnerable are to be treated?
Great customer service and very pleasant and helpful staff.
Never a straight forward experience using this place. My prescription goes to them automatically yet every time they say they haven't got it, go back to Doctors and they tell me the date and time it was sent over. Back to Chemist and miraculously they find it! Then a long wait for prescription to be prepared only to find half of it missing but they don't inform you of this beforehand so end up going back and forth umpteen times. I asked for prescription back to go elsewhere and was told I can't as it has been processed. Staff unhelpful, don't seem to care and you are lucky if they answer the phone. Will be using another company in future.
A small chemists trying to cope with a huge amount of customers from at least 3 different doctors surgeries and a few dentists. Considering the constraints of size, this chemists' staff and lead pharmacist (Julez) are brilliant, helpful and friendly. They are seriously overworked and seem to be understaffed but do their upmost to keep everyone happy and serve them as quickly as possible.
Took husband's prescription in last week.ine if the items needed ordering in.ready the next day after 12.i went in today to collect and it hadn't been checked by the pharmacist from a week ago.this is totally out of order.always long queues at counter and long queues to wait for prescription.general feeling is staff are not bothered and they obviously need to take more staff on.say.saying this though there were 2 staff unloading boxes when there was a long queue at counter.customers are obviously not priority
