Excellent service. Very helpful. Knowledgeable help from member of staff when trying to resolve query. I'm trying to shop more at Argos and not Amazon. Think on.

We ordered some garden furniture online from this store last week and were given a delivery slot for tonight between 7pm-10pm. We had email confirmation of this. It got to 10pm and no furniture had arrived, after we phoned customer services we were told the order couldn't be delivered due to lack of drivers. This would be understandable, however, we had no communication to say this wasn't going to be delievered. To add to this our delivery slot has been pushed back to next week, rather than offering us a delivery slot tomorrow. Not happy at all!

I eventually got the earphones I needed that day from selly oak Sainsbury's. Going through it again with a treadmill I'm trying to buy now and be delivered SORT OUT YOUR I T AND STOCK ALLICATION. Now is the time to get this sorted, Corona has changed the way we shop if you're I T is rubbish you will be left behind 😠

Rude, abrupt and unorganised. No staff member to help and organise customers on entrance instead staff from behind tills are shouting across at customers who don’t know where to stand or what to do. When u get to till cashier has mask on (that’s her choice) but customers cannot tell what she’s saying and she’s getting abrupt and arsy because customers cannot understand her. After purchasing she gestures to stand in the middle. Come on Argos we all want to do our best in these strange times but we’re not mind readers, a little thought in your organisation would go along way and make the shop a better experience for all!
