Frank initially came out to deal with an domestic electrical emergency. Although it was quickly apparent that the consumer unit was damaged beyond repair and needed replacing, he spent over 3 hours in that emergency call out working to ensure that we would at least have power to the majority of the house temporarily before the required remedial work could take place. Frank then took the time to discuss with us the replacement options we had open to us and once agreed he was able to provide us with a detailed quote for the proposed work later that evening. He returned a few days later to carry out the required work, which was completed over 2 days. Although the job proved to be far from straightforward Frank was able to complete the work in an diligent, timely and professional manner. Frank is an excellent electrician who clearly takes pride in his work, which coupled with his very reasonable pricing and the fact that he is a very nice man means that I'd have no hesitation in using him again in the future or in recommending him.

Great response time and customer service - answered my call at 10pm when my cooker stopped working in the middle of cooking, Frank was able to attend and fix my problem within 20/30 minutes, which you don't expect on a Saturday evening. Very impressed with the service offered and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a well-priced service in Chester and surrounding areas.

You have to be very careful with electricity so you should not take risks with it and I called in a qualified professional to deal with my problem. Bonza not only did the work satisfactorily at a reasonable price, but did it promptly, explaining what was needed to overcome the problem, and completed the work giving me confidence that the installation was safe and meeting the regulations. Mr Hayes was very pleasant to deal with and left a job well done. I will call Bonza again. R.B.
