Asked for my gutters to be fixed and some sections were replaced by roofs of esher. Afterwards one leaked so much worse than before. Had to request 4 times for them to be looked at but roofs of Esher did not come by when we had arranged. Had an argument with them and they claimed that I hadn't paid for the gutter to stop leaking, only that it was replaced. I'm now getting another firm to fix their work. Would not recommend roofs of Esher.

Completely unreliable. Got in touch for quote, booked in and never heard back. Even chased and no response. Unbelievable for a customer facing business.
