Nice little shop. A bit dissappointed as cannot find the right size for my kid in any of their shoes.
The staff member who took my.little girls first shoe measurements was very friendly and patient.
Patient, helpful assistant, Good value for money. Convenient easy access...carpark lifts and Sainburys close by. Just inside covered shopping centre . Fair selection of footwear to choose from.
I have always liked Clarks, and now we've got a small person I value their skill in measuring shoes even more.
Their adult lines seem more stylish these days too.
Excellent shopping experience and service today from Leah (assistant number 50). Leah was very patient, kind and professional with my Son measuring his feet and fitting his new school shoes and trainers today. Store overseen by Leanne (Trainer /Manager) and even though there was an impromptu fire evaction, She dealt with everything in a calm, polite and professional manor.
Good selection of shoes and trainers to choose from.
Would highly recommended this store.
