Staff in the shop are friendly and polite but they didn’t have my size so went online, it has taken 5 days and the shoes still haven’t arrived was given a tracking number and told they had been dispatched only to find out when ringing up that they haven’t sent the shoes out just the paperwork. I certainly won’t be using them again, terrible service

Impressive and knowledgeable staff (Mariam) who really ensured the shoes were the best fit. Purchased school shoes, sandals and trainers for a 7 year old. Highly impressed, thank you.
