I asked my engagement ring to be resized - but it came back really wonky. It looked as if an apprentice did it. Very disappointed and will be taking it to another jewellers to straighten it out. Waltons offered to fix it but I'm hesitant to let them loose again on it again. Staff are lovley and helpful , but whoever resizes the rings there needs to take more care and time on the process. It really looked like a 5 minute job.
