My fiancé and I came to Row's Jewellers on Saturday looking for an engagement ring. Fay and the other staff in the shop made us feel very welcome and relaxed. They spent a long time answering all our questions and teaching us about diamonds. We came away extremely happy with this beautiful diamond ring and we were able to get an extremely good discount. Staff can't do enough for you. Very reasonable jewellery repairs. They will even make rings etc of your choice with gems to choose on the premises. A real jewellery shop. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Bought an engagement ring for my girlfriend from there and had very pleasant experience. Although I was unsure which ring to choose and didn't know much about diamonds, the staff were really helpful and gave me some good tips and little education about diamonds. Also they offer lifetime guarantee and an option to exchange your ring if needed. Very pleased.
