Bought a ring in August for a proposal. Somehow upon proposing the ring didn't fit! Contacted via website who did visit the store. Spoke to Ashley (the manager) who allowed is to swap the ring for a different design in the correct size. Brilliant service!
Staff were phenomenonal, so helpful and friendly, couldn't help me enough (only when I asked for help, they left me to my own devices until I asked) selection of jewelry is superb and the staff are very knowledgeable about each piece
My wife loves this shop.
