Amazing service and lovely staff who are super friendly. From start to finish, Kayes were super helpful, even after I lost paperwork following a house move. I would highly recommend them as they take the time to explain options and are excellent with regards to their communication. I'll be coming back again in the near future for sure!

After the initial purchase of our engagement ring from Kayes, and, having been impressed by the quality of product and service, we went back for our bands. As wedding bands are a life long purchase, we decided we wanted bespoke rings designed for us. Kayes staff were not only very knowledgeable, but also very patient whilst we mulled over our options. Since our intial purchases, we have revisited Kayes on numerous times.... we cannot thank the staff enough for all of their help and guidance, a special thanks goes to Gill and Pippa, two of the loveliest ladies you'll want to meet.

Amazing service. During lockdown they helped me buy an engagement ring, met me to exchange (Covid secure of course) Communication was amazing and the ring is beautiful, fiancee loves it. We had been in the shop before lockdown as well and the in store experience was great. Information on the diamonds etc is very clear and prices are competitive. It's the service and communication that makes the difference. Threw them a curve ball at short notice for a necklace the day before Christmas Eve in a full lockdown and they've managed to help again! Cannot recommend them highly enough! Thanks Pippa & Nick!
