Tried to visit this store today to have a look at some charms and earrings, unfortunately we were not allowed to enter the store unless we new exactly what we wanted or were prepared to stand in the doorway and look through a catalogue and choose what we wanted to look at, then we could go in. First time I've ever seen an empty Pandora store with staff just standing around. If I had wanted to look at a catalogue I could have stayed home in the warm and looked online. I have been to other Pandora stores in the last few months and always been allowed in to look. If this is the new way Pandora is serving customers then unfortunately I'll just use the website instead of supporting the actual stores.
