This jewellers is absolutely wonderful! The staff are very knowledgeable and experienced, which is perfect when trying to find a special keepsake gift for my first newborn nephew. I was served by Sammy Jo who was so helpful, kind and patient and I'm really chuffed with my purchase, which she boxed up beautifully at no extra cost. Great high street store with great high street prices, thank you so much Beaverbrooks.

Excellent customer service. Was looked after from the second I walked in the shop. The lady who served me went out of her way to make sure I had the best service possible and she delivered - couldn't fault them.

Everytime I have been to the Chester store, they can't do enough, lovely cup of tea. Nothing is too much trouble. Had all the watches out for my friend to try on. Will return worth a visit. All staff lovely
