Less than one star. Avoid avoid avoid I entrusted these cowboys with a beautiful vintage watch of mine. They ruined it. I spoke to the MD and he was so pompous about it. The reviews speak for themselves. My own fault for not doing my research and trusting a high street outlet. Never again. Avoid guys.

We have waited over 2 months for a watch repair and now wonder if the watch has been lost. We hear no updates unless we chase it up. Very worrying and extremely poor service.

*Save your money..* Brought in a watch that needed a new battery and the screen put straight after another shop admitted they were out of their depth with it and quit without charging me. Picked up the watch, new battery and pressure tested (apparently) but screen still wonky but they wouldn't re open the watch to fiddle with the screen just in case. Took the watch around the corner at time piece watch repairs who also noticed the buttons weren't put in properly. thankfully, they're only charging me half the price the watch lab are to fix the problem. Was going to bring my Tag to get serviced there, glad I tried them out with something simple first..

Wanted to charge me around a £100 to change a watch battery! What an absolute joke! I could send it to the manufacturer for that. I wouldn't go here because the price is ridiculous.
