Always have and always will go to Trust & Co jewellers as guaranteed excellent quality and service. Metin is always very welcoming and listens carefully to customers to ensure he meets individual requirements making bespoke pieces of jewellery. The happiness of his customers and meeting their individual requirements and desires is the most important thing to Metin.

When Janet and I decided to visit Chester to look for and select her emerald ring and my signet ring, we had such a choice of jewellers to choose from that we simply started at the clock and headed towards the river. Several shops into our search (and having left Boodles as quickly as we possibly could), we happened upon Trust & Co and that's where our search came to an end, because as soon as we entered the shop we were made to feel special. The ebullient Metin and the lovely Jayne treated us more like family than new customers they had never met before. Strange to say but they made the expense of purchasing our jewellery a pleasure. Some considerable time later, having been treated to something warm to keep out the cold, and having made our purchases, we left knowing that our next search would not entail more than one shop, as Trust & Co will be our first and very probably last port of call. Finally, having looked at other rings in the North West, we feel sure that the rings we purchased afforded excellent value for money. We'll be back!! Thank you Metin & Jayne.

We have known Metin & his family for many years now. We first discovered Trust when we were on holiday in Turkey. My parents have bought many beautiful pieces of jewellery from them which are to the highest quality and standards! Now they have a new shop in Chester it is even better and of course easily accessible for us. My partner purchased my engagement ring from the new shop and we have just been back to purchase our beautiful wedding rings - so pleased! There is a nice 'personal' feel when shopping for jewellery here which we love :-)

I am definitely a No. 1 Fan of Trust & Co Jewellers. I first discovered “Trust” whilst holidaying in Turkey and myself & my family have bought exquisite pieces from Metin for over 15 years now and have always been completely satisfied with our beautiful jewellery. Both my sons have bought stunning rings for their partners too, one a diamond cluster engagement ring, the other a perfect emerald and diamond unique design dress ring. We were delighted when Trust & Co opened their stunning shop in Chester city centre, which we have also visited and received the same warm and friendly welcome & excellent service. We look forward to visiting again soon. I would highly recommend this fantastic business

We stumbled across Trust & Co by chance, when looking for a jeweller to make a custom diamond ring for my wife, and, pardon the pun, what a true gem it is too. Metin couldn't do enough for us; what a true gentleman. I would have no hesitation in recommending him, his workmanship and the service he offers. First class.
