Fabulous service from the team at Miltons Chester when trading in & purchasing another solitaire diamond ring. The team are super helpful & go above & beyond to help. I bought my Rolex watch from them 14 years ago & honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else to buy jewellery.
After my brother and i investing a rolex explorer 2016 and not being the first Rolex purchased from you you made a ridiculous offer to buy the watch back. Upon calling back 2 days later Micheal wasn't available but the obnoxious arrogant human being I spoke to has put me off ever coming back to you again. I am an investor not some scum bag and you just spoke to me like a scum bag! avoid avoid avoid. go somewhere else. I WILL BE!!!
Called today with some Gold items we inherited that didn't have any sentimental value to ourselves following a recent bereavement . They valued the items for us in a professional & friendly manner and gave us what we thought was a good price which we were happy to accept. We left the shop feeling we had been dealt with in a trustworthy manor and would recommend accordingly.
After purchasing my Rolex watch 12 months ago I have been very disappointed. The watch soon began to leave big embarrassing black grease marks on my wrist. People asked me if my watch was fake!! I was most upset as I spent over £3500 on it!!
I took it back and they cleaned it and told me that this happens with Rolex watches as they make the metal and it can react to your skin!
I continued to wear it and the black smuggy marks continued!
I finally had enough and took it back. The shop assistants were rude and made me feel that I should not have been complaining and that it was my fault. The manager again explained that this is what happens with Rolex watches. Not happy with this I got a full refund!
I have since purchased a new Rolex watch from a different jewellers who have assured me this is not what should happen. My new watch is fab and no black marks.
So overall a poor customer experience. Will never purchase from them again. Items like jewellery is a luxury purchase and a treat and should be a happy experience and one to be enjoyed.
